They will provide examples from amalgamations they have previously completed and discuss the process that Clubs need to work through from a governance, member engagement and licensing perspective.

Matthew and Glen will also discuss the options and key issues for clubs that are considering relocating their premises to another location, in particular, where a club is nearing the end of its lease and cannot agree suitable terms for a new lease with its landlord.
